We believe in aligning our economic interests with yours. We don’t like second guessing about what you expect from us so we like to set crystal clear expectations about what we need to accomplish for you.
Equally if we help achieve the outcomes that are important to you we want to be rewarded for the value we add. We think that’s not only fair but it means we have some skin in the game with you.
Our value is our intellectual capital and know how and we are quietly confident in our ability to deliver the outcomes.
Before we go forward though its just as important to say what we don’t do:
We DON’T receive product commissions, rebates or soft dollar benefits. We DON’T keep time sheets and DON’T charge hourly rates.

So how do we value our services?
Firstly, we need to understand what objectives you are trying to achieve. These can be: Short Term (within 3 months), Medium Term (3 - 12 months) or Longer Term (Greater than 12 months) in nature.
In valuing our services we consider:
- Your budget
- The level of resource our firm needs to apply
- Do you need our most experienced people
- The degree of your involvement
- The scope and difficulty of your situation and desired outcomes
- The level of urgency for you
- The financial impact to you of achieving or not achieving your objectives
- How important will this be to your overall success. i.e. is it a priority for you
- The long term value it adds to you
- How much risk is involved
- Is our firm uniquely qualified to perform the work for you

Execution Premium - was everything implemented and executed satisfactorily that we agreed
Results - Did you achieve the desired outcomes and objectives
